Job Title: Remote Locksmith Technician (Contract Position)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team on a contract basis. As a Remote Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing remote support for lock and key services to clients located in Svalbard and other locations around the world. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support for lock and key services including installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with locks, keys, and security systems remotely
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep detailed records of all jobs completed, including parts used and time spent on each job
- Work independently while adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Locksmith or similar role
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various lock and key issues remotely
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proficiency in using locksmith tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work on-call or outside of regular business hours as needed

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the world. However, preference will be given to candidates located in or willing to relocate to Svalbard.
