Entry-Level Equipment Operator

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Os. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform construction tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience or for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other project documents
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Os, Norway (or preferred location)
