Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Kuwait. This is an urgent position and we are specifically looking for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members involved in the project
- Review and approve project plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project resources effectively to stay within budget
- Oversee the hiring and training of construction workers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own valid visa for employment in Kuwait
