Office Administrator
Our company is in need of an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Dickirch, Kenya. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and we are offering free visa and ticket for our Kenyan candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, letters)
- Maintain and update company databases
- Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support other team members with any administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
