Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and local building codes
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed
- Manage project documentation and prepare progress reports for clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month
