Head Pastry Chef


We are a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Svalbard, seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all pastry and dessert offerings for our hotel's restaurants and events. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining high levels of food safety and cleanliness in the pastry kitchen.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing desserts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Food safety certification preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
