Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Os, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing computer systems, networks, and software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- Train end-users on how to use new technologies or applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the tech industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Salary: 1800$ per month
