Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in El-Ain and we are looking for talented and hardworking individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The ideal candidates should be Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills. This is a full-time position and previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations if needed
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work visa in El-Ain
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure well
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays if needed

Salary: 1800$ per month
