As an English Language Teacher at our language center in Bayan, Kuwait, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students of various levels and backgrounds. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on demand.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback on areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an English language setting.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600 USD per month.
