Waiter/Waitress

A well-established restaurant in Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. Your main goal will be to ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience and leave satisfied with our service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly
- Check customers' satisfaction with their meals and drinks
- Handle any additional requests or complaints from customers
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Accept payment from customers, process credit card transactions, and make change if necessary

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly attitude with good customer service skills
- Attention to detail for order accuracy
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary: $900/month

Location: Plovdiv

Preference: Indian candidates preferred but all nationalities are welcome
