The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and coaching to improve sales skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and projections for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
