We are in search of a creative and experienced Florist to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Florist, you will use your artistic skills and knowledge of flowers and plants to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create floral arrangements according to client preferences and event requirements
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Carefully handle and arrange flowers to ensure they look their best
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs for their special occasions
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer unique and innovative designs to clients
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients' specified locations
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, their care requirements, and how to incorporate them into arrangements
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail and creativity
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Good physical stamina as the job may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic business operations such as inventory management, ordering supplies, etc.
- A diploma or certification in floristry is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
