The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly as a barista. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve various coffee drinks according to customers' preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Take customer orders and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be restocked
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Barista or Food Handler certification
- Experience working in a high-volume coffee shop or restaurant

Location: Alta (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1600/month
