Barista vacancy in Alta Norway

Temporary Barista
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Barista to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on performance. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work station. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for coffee. The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain an organized and clean work station at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Upsell products by suggesting additional items to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of coffee making techniques and equipment is preferred but not required

This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who are legally permitted to work in Norway. Accommodation will not be provided for this temporary position. A high school diploma or equivalent (12 pass) is required.
