Administrative Assistant - Malayalee
We're looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Medina. As a Malayalee Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as an administrative assistant is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses and redirecting inquiries as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with creating reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred but not required
