We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and models using design software
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with contractors to oversee the construction process and make any necessary adjustments to designs
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Biometric passport is required for this job. This position does not include accommodation.
