As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Moscow. Your duties will include managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects to ensure quality design and construction of buildings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction is in line with approved designs.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and budget is adhered to.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide technical guidance on structural design, materials selection, and building codes compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology related to architecture.
- Mentor junior architects and provide training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, preferably in Moscow.
- Proven track record of managing successful architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and meeting deadlines.

Salary: 1400$
