Entry-level Information Security Analyst


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-level Information Security Analyst in Ashdod. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents using various tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our systems
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards
- Investigate security breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
- Collaborate with other teams to implement security controls throughout the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and web technologies
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Understanding of authentication methods, encryption techniques, and other security controls
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an IT or cybersecurity-related role
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Ashdod (accommodation provided)
