We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements of land and other geographical features. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating detailed reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate measurements for construction projects
- Research property records and legal documents to determine boundaries and ownership
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit or visa for working in Clairvaux
