Secretary at a Biometric Passport Office in Yanbu

We are hiring a skilled and organized Secretary to join our team at a Biometric Passport Office in Yanbu. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the office's administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills. Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is required, and proficiency in English is an advantage. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth within the company. We welcome applications from African and Malayalee candidates who meet the requirements and are legally allowed to work in Yanbu.
