We are a company in Yanbu seeking a highly skilled and organized Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our business. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure. Previous experience as a Secretary is preferred.

This position is open to Indian or Malayalee nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid work permit. This role does not require English proficiency but fluency is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position would be ideal for students looking for part-time work.
