Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Malindi. This position would be ideal for a Nepali national looking for an English-speaking job, or a local candidate with strong English skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Nepali is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
