Experienced Turner in Bergen, Norway

We are in need of an experienced Turner to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools used in metalworking and other manufacturing processes. Your main goal will be to shape metal parts to precise measurements and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, drills, grinders, and milling machines
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the specifications of the part
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions of the finished product
- Adjust machine settings for different materials and tolerances
- Inspect finished parts for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and materials
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments
- Good physical stamina and ability to work with heavy machinery
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen, Norway
