Contract Interpreter

We are currently hiring for a contract interpreter to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a contract interpreter, you will be responsible for providing language interpretation services to clients from non-English speaking backgrounds. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in multiple languages and looking to gain experience in the interpretation field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient interpretation services in various settings, including meetings, interviews, and conferences
- Act as a cultural liaison between clients and English-speaking colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Adhere to professional standards and ethics of interpreting
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and attend relevant training sessions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (preferably Arabic or Russian)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an interpreter or translator (experience working with medical or legal terminology is a plus)
- Familiarity with different interpreting techniques and equipment
- Ability to adapt to different accents, dialects, and cultural differences
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Own transportation or ability to travel to different locations in Beer-Sheva

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva, but may require travel within the city.
