As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious dishes using traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and more.
- Develop creative and unique recipes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients to ensure quality and freshness.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, specials, and promotions.
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef with a strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of various regional cuisines within India is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively train and lead kitchen staff.
- A passion for creating delicious dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting.
- Valid food handling certification required.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
