Cleaning Associate


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Associate to join our team in Nakuru. As a Cleaning Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities. This position is open to candidates of Indian or Pakistani nationality who are proficient in English and do not require accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean and stock restroom facilities.
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when supplies are low.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
