IT Manager

The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. They will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth functioning of all systems
- Develop strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness of technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect data and prevent cyber attacks
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Create budgets for new projects or upgrades to existing systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Proven experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of networking, hardware, software, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Location: This position is based in Acre but open to candidates from all over India.

Salary: This role offers a competitive salary package starting at 1500$ per month.

This is a full-time position suitable for men without experience. However, candidates with prior experience in project management or leadership roles are preferred.
