Information Technology Manager vacancy in Acre Israel

IT Manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the information technology department of our organization. They will develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving our technology systems, as well as ensuring the security and efficiency of our network and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various technologies and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor network performance, security, and availability
- Manage hardware, software, and equipment upgrades
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Oversee IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Train staff on new technologies or systems as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities

Salary: 1800$
City: Acre (or remote)
Nationality preference: Egyptian (open to other nationalities)
Language requirement: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
