Senior Architect - Urban Design Specialist



As a Senior Architect - Urban Design Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of various urban development projects. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of urban spaces. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for urban development projects, including concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation
- Develop creative and practical solutions that address the unique needs of each project while adhering to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the design process
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical expertise as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban design or architecture
- Strong understanding of urban planning principles and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budgetary constraints
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this role.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai but we welcome candidates from all over Africa who meet our requirements.
