Experienced Handyman in Atlanta


We are in need of an experienced Handyman to join our team in Atlanta. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on various properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on properties
- Repair and replace damaged fixtures, equipment, and appliances
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with property owners or managers about repairs and maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Biometric passport required for international travel
