Crane Operator

As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating large machinery used to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and adhere to strict guidelines in order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment to lift, move, and position materials according to project specifications
- Inspect crane equipment before and after use for any defects or malfunctions
- Communicate with ground crew through hand signals or radio communication
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the crane
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane and report any issues or malfunctions
- Keep accurate records of materials lifted, distances traveled, and other relevant data
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of construction projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid certification as a Crane Operator
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation
- Ability to interpret load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Physical strength and stamina to safely operate heavy machinery for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work on contract basis without accommodation
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for working in Los Angeles
