Loader Operator


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load trucks with materials according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job progress
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with basic maintenance of heavy equipment is preferred
- Valid driver's license is required

We offer competitive salary of $1800 per month, as well as benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment.
