We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Nairobi. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. You must be proficient in various types of welding techniques and able to work with different materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark workpieces for welding
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and Arc welders
- Ensure proper fitment of welded parts by using measuring tools
- Monitor welding process to avoid overheating or other defects
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Familiarity with different materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Attention to detail with strong manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Prioritize safety at all times
