Job Title: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in the handyman profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed during maintenance work
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
- Assist with the organization and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a handyman or maintenance technician
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional technical training is a plus
- Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Shan City, Africa (open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Contract (3 months)
