Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and construction process, utilizing your technical expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Use knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles in design process
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Attention to detail for accurate drawings and designs

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
