Preservation Architect – Acre, Israel



Position Overview:
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Acre, Israel. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in architecture and a passion for preserving historic buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in conservation, restoration, and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for conservation, restoration, and renovation projects
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of historic buildings
- Researching historical documentation, materials, and techniques for accurate preservation methods
- Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for preservation projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation work
- Supervising construction teams to ensure adherence to preservation plans and standards
- Conducting regular inspections to monitor the progress of preservation projects
- Maintaining accurate records of all preservation activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preservation architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of conservation principles, techniques, materials, and technologies
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
