Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings in Multan. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations. Your experience in commercial architecture and knowledge of local building codes will be crucial in this role. Accommodation will be provided, as well as a free visa and ticket for candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects
- Work with contractors to ensure that construction meets design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with local building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project progress
- Utilize sustainable design principles in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
