Commercial Architect


A well-established architectural firm in Multan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and hospitality establishments. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building codes and regulations
- Excellent design skills and ability to create innovative and functional spaces
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and budget for commercial projects
- Developing conceptual designs and presenting them to clients for approval
- Creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for the construction of commercial buildings
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on large-scale commercial projects. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Multan.
