Barista - Specializing in Indian Coffee and Tea

We are a well-established cafe in Abu Dhabi, known for our specialty Indian coffee and tea. We are seeking a talented Barista with a passion for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service. This is an English speaking job, however, we prefer candidates who are familiar with Indian culture and can communicate effectively with our customers.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various types of coffee and tea drinks, including traditional Indian beverages like Masala Chai and Filter Coffee. You will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the cafe, handle cash transactions, and assist with food preparation when needed.

We require candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting. However, we also welcome freshers who are enthusiastic about learning and have a genuine interest in coffee and tea culture. Training will be provided to help you develop your skills as a Barista.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should also have good knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art. Attention to detail and a friendly personality are also essential qualities for this role.
