Construction Manager - Jeddah

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Filipinos preferred but not required
- Previous experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
