Mason Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage our masonry projects in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of masons, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Inspect work progress and ensure that all projects are completed to meet quality standards
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Order materials and supplies as needed for each project
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate project timelines
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety checks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of workers
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Fluent in Russian (both verbal and written) with basic knowledge of English preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This position is located in Izhevsk, Russia.
