Office Manager for Malayalees in Acre
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager in Acre. As an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a full-time position suitable for Malayalees with no English proficiency or prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Manage filing systems and keep records up to date
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in an office management role is a plus
