Foundryman

We are a leading foundry company based in Zagreb and we are seeking a skilled and hardworking Foundryman to join our team. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, melting metals, pouring molds, and performing quality checks on the final products. This position is suitable for English-speaking individuals without prior experience in the field as training will be provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and casting machines
- Melt metals to specified temperatures
- Pour molten metal into molds to create desired shapes
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Physically fit to handle heavy equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Team player with good communication skills
