Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of goods according to recipes and instructions
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Roll out doughs, cut shapes, and decorate baked goods
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Ensure products are baked at the correct temperatures for the appropriate amount of time
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for baking is essential
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or bags of flour
- Willingness to learn from experienced bakers and take direction well
- Ability to work early mornings or late nights as baking often starts very early or goes into the night
