We are currently hiring for the position of Loader Operator in Bergen, Norway. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month and does not require any previous experience. We welcome applications from all genders and nationalities.

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks and other vehicles. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of how to safely and efficiently operate loaders, as well as possess good hand-eye coordination and physical strength. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles.
- Monitor equipment operation to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, or repairing.
- Keep track of inventory levels, report any discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Previous experience operating loaders is an asset but not required.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods of time.
- Good hand-eye coordination with the ability to operate controls precisely.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Valid work permit/visa for Norway.
