We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, as well as experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating new menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring that all pastries are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative pastry recipes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train junior pastry chefs
- Ensure all pastries are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
- Team player with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making
- Experience working in luxury or high-end restaurants/hotels
