Indian Pastry Chef
A well-established hotel in Muscat is seeking an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pastry making, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen. As the Indian Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional Indian desserts and pastries for our restaurant menu. You must have a deep understanding of Indian flavors, ingredients, and techniques to create authentic and delicious desserts that will delight our guests. In addition to baking, you will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong communication skills are also required as you will collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pastry section. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation and transportation will be provided for non-local candidates.
