Construction Project Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Herzliya. As a member of our construction management team, you will work closely with the project manager to coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review construction documents and make necessary revisions as needed
- Oversee budgeting and cost tracking for projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related correspondence, documentation, and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques preferred
- Must have valid work visa for Israel

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome applications from Pakistani nationals who are proficient in English. This position does not require prior experience but we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.
