Construction Project Coordinator


We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Herzliya. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress against them
- Review architectural plans and identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: 1500$ per month
