Finisher - Woodworking Specialist

As a Finisher - Woodworking Specialist, you will be responsible for applying finishes to wooden products and surfaces. This includes sanding, staining, painting, and varnishing wood to enhance its appearance and durability. Your attention to detail and knowledge of different types of wood finishes will be essential in ensuring high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare wooden surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling cracks or imperfections, and applying sealant
- Apply stains, paints, or varnishes to wooden surfaces according to specifications
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, or cloth to apply finishes
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Inspect finished products for defects and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals or operating equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in woodworking preferred
- Proven experience as a finisher in the woodworking industry
- Knowledge of different types of wood finishes and their application methods
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finished products
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and use various hand tools
- Good communication skills
- Must have own visa (if applicable)

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and grow within our company. Accommodation can be provided if needed. This position is open to all nationalities.
